Convenient location, close to the center of Luton and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms were clean and one staff member was quick to respond to issues.
Oh, let's not forget the charming garbage bags outside and the delightful noise from the music studio next door. And who needs a working washing machine anyway?

Mind-blowing location near the center of the town with jaw-droppingly fantastic restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away. The rooms were super clean and the staff was unbelievably quick to help when a problem occurred. The free Wi-Fi was a nice touch, and having an electric kettle and cookware made it feel like a home away from home. The flat-screen TV added an extra touch of luxury, and the VIP check-in and check-out made us feel like VIPs. Plus, the no-smoking policy ensured a fresh and pleasant atmosphere. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!
